Our Story

Candlelit romance meets Italian tradition

Barolo opened in 2025 as a small wine bar. Today it is a candlelit dining room with woven textures, lush plants, and warm terracotta walls. We cook with the seasons, sourcing from Nordic farms and Italian artisans.
